Lightbox 1-Year Warranty — What is and isn’t covered
Every lab-grown diamond and finished piece purchased directly from lightboxjewelry.com comes with a complimentary 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
Covered at no cost
- Manufacturing defects reported within one year of the purchase date
- Repairs or, when necessary, replacement of the item or its components (decision made by QJR after inspection)
Requirements for warranty service
- Proof of purchase from Lightboxjewelry.com
- Piece is unaltered and, if applicable, the original Lightbox laser inscription is intact
- Warranty claim initiated through this Lightbox Warranty Repair Form and shipped to Quick Jewelry Repairs (QJR) using the provided label
Not covered by the warranty
- General wear and tear
- Accidental loss or damage
- Deliberate damage, misuse, or neglect
