They were quick, easy to get a hold of and my pieces are just like when I first got them:) I have a platinum set that I got plated in yellow gold but wanted it professionally removed and polished to its original form.

Having had my wedding ring set sized down from a 7.5 to a 6.5, I can say that the work is undetectable. In addition, the jeweler found a tiny area of defect/damage within this intricate vintage-Victorian looking wedding set, so I had that repaired as well. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were superb. I HIGHLY recommend.

QJR did an amazing job gold plating a sterling pendant I have that would have cost several thousand dollars if it was solid gold. They returned my pendant quickly in a nice box and I was absolutely stunned when I opened it! BLING!!! I'm Thrilled!!!

I had an extremely positive experience with QJR! The turnaround time was good and I received notifications when it arrived, was complete, and when shipped so I could follow it with the tracking number. The price to fix my chain was more than reasonable and it was convenient to be able to mail it in as opposed to looking for a local place. My chain was polished nicely and looked like brand new! I have had more than 10 lab diamonds set in my customized semi mount rings. I have yet to be disappointed! This last ring that I had set was a setting that I have been wearing for years. Not only did you set a different diamond into the ring, but you polished it and whatever else you did you make the ring look shiny new! These guys are the REAL DEAL ! I purchased a gorgeous sterling silver gentleman's ring in Pakistan on a whim. I asked many local jewelers if they could size it for me. This ring was a size 6 and I needed it to be a 9.75. I have a gold one from my mom for my undergrad school and for my graduate school graduation she found a silver one with the KU crest on EBay, but it only came in that small size. The ring got to them in 2 days and they had it back to me within 4. We had tried going to an in person jeweler first, but they said they could not do it because the metal was too thin. QJR did it perfectly and so quick. It is better than I could have imagined!

I was very pleased with their services and highly recommend them, whether you're local (like me!) or not. They fixed a necklace I haven't been able to comfortably wear for 18 years, and also replaced the center of my engagement ring (lost in a gardening accident, these many years ago), both for very reasonable prices and very quickly (a little over two weeks, and it might have been faster if I had checked my email sooner).

I am absolutely amazed with Quick Jewelry Repairs. I wanted to get my ring sized down from an 8 to a 4.5. Everywhere I went, they said that was impossible because it was silver and had cubic zirconium. But, I sent it off to QJR because they said they could do it. I was skeptical at first and said if they can’t get it to a 4.5, a 6 or something close would be fine too since I didn’t want the stones to fall out. Within a week I got it back and it was a 4.5 in PERFECT condition. Not a single mark from where they adjusted it. I even had stones going halfway around the band and those were not affected. 10/10 recommend to anybody who needs their jewelry repaired. I didn’t really take good before and after photos, but trust me it was worth it.

I have a Breitling watch that needed a batter. I took it to a local jeweler and paid 20.00 for them to tell me they couldn't remove the back to replace the battery and it required a special device. I found Quick Jewelry on line and sent my watch for repair. in a very short time my watch was repaired and sent back in excellent condition.

I found QJR online and sent them a picture of my wedding ring that had broken a long time ago. I had it looked at by a few jewelry stores and said that it wasn't fixable. Quick Jewelry Repair is everything they say they are – and more. All of my communication with them has been professional, yet friendly and personable. But the best thing I can say about Quick Jewelry Repair is that they did an AMAZING job on my engagement ring! After 32 years the prongs were catching on things, a couple of them were noticeably crooked and the ring itself was no longer round because it molded itself to my finger.
A local jeweler told me that each prong needed to be rebuilt and that the cost of doing that would be about $300/prong – for 6 prongs. I am SO HAPPY that I found QJR because my ring came back looking brand new! I wish I had a "before" picture to share, but I think the "after" picture really tells the story. I can highly recommend Quick Jewelry Repair – they're fabulous!

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough about QJR! They replaced a side sapphire on my ammolite ring, and repaired my tanzanite that I was told by other jewelers “couldn’t be done “! I searched locally and on the web for nearly a month before coming across Quick Jewelry repairs. After completing the paperwork, I mailed them 2 stainless Harley Davidson rings that I needed upsized. I made a mistake in my sizing and quickly emailed to adjust the work to be done. In less than 2 weeks, most of which was shipping, I received my rings back and perfectly resized. Quick Jewelry Repairs did an amazing job re-purposing my 1930’s era worn out platinum engagement ring. I found a used semi-mount and sent both both rings via their secure Fed Ex system. Ryan quickly answered all my questions; a new 14K 6 prong head was installed in the second hand ring, my heirloom diamond beautifully set and sent back to me earlier than predicted. I must admit i was a little nervous sending my precious items cross country to strangers I could only hope were honest but I needn’t have worried. I was struggling to find a jewelry repair for a necklace where the chain had broken. I found Quick Jewel repair online. I filled out a form and took a photo of the issue and submitted. Quick Jewelry was very responsive and the process to ship and return your item was very straightforward. They did a great job of fixing the chain link and my necklace looks like new!  It was not a super expensive necklace but I really like it and was nervous going to a jewelry store for repair would cost me an arm and a leg. Quick Jewelry was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend!

They did an awesome job. I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease with Schlerodermawhich causes my fingers to swell a lot. I have only been able to wear my wedding ring a handful of times since my diagnosis and now I can wear it everyday.

I sent them in a Tiffany atlas ring that I had for 20 years… The background had gotten gray with age and my new thing is silver and blue… I sent them a picture of the ring and a square of the color I wanted and they matched it exactly… So the background is now blue with the Roman numerals staying silver And it just really pops… No rough edges on the paining absolutely perfect under the magnifying glass… I love it it's like I got a brand new ring!

I sent Quick Jewelry Repairs a locket with a broken photo holder (it is a four picture locket with the middle section broken off).  Unfortunately they were unable to reattach the middle section and told me so.  When I received the locket back (it was returned quickly), I noticed the locket closed much better and the inside of the locket looked much cleaner.  The broken middle piece was fabricated from some other metal besides gold and had left a green corrosion on the inside back of the locket.  Apparently, the bench jeweler adjusted the broken part of the hinge so the locket would fully close and cleaned the corrosion off.  Without prompting from me.  So while I was disappointed the locket could not be restored to it's original state, I was pleased and surprised that the jeweler did these "extra" things.  Very good customer service!  I will be using this company for future repairs.

Sent a stainless steel ring for resizing, because there's no one local to southern Illinois that will do it. It took about 3-4 weeks, but it was totally worth it.  The ring looks like it came in this size.  They had to redo the inlay for an additional cost, but were  very communicative and made the process super easy.  I called twice (as I was nervous that they might not be legit), but they answered both calls and were easily able to tell me where they were in the process. Highly recommend and I would absolutely send anything else I need repaired in the future!

I have a vintage Krementz 14K gold filled rope neck chain that broke. It is next to impossible to find these anymore and repairing a gold filled chain can be quite tricky. I was floored with how great the chain repair looked with Quick Jewelry Repairs and the quick turnaround. You cannot possibly tell where the repair was done; that’s how good it was!!

I must share that Catherine and the jewelers at Quick Jewelry did an amazing job on recreating my ring from pictures. They didn't rush the process. We sent messages back and forth about the design. In the end it is an exact replica. If you have ever lost a ring Catherine can help you replace your treasure. Just do it.

At first I'm skeptical and sending an important ring from CA to NY is scarry. But I got my ring as perfect as the first time I got it, it looks new and pretty. I trust them 100% and the reusable box they sent me with the ring inside is very convenient for the next transaction in the future. It may take a while but you need to be patient. I was hesitant to send my jewelry to a online store. However after getting a quote from a local jewelry to size down my bracelet at $300, I thought I would give this company a try. I was given a beautiful tennis bracelet but it was HUGE! My local jeweler charges a bomb, so I thought I'd give Quick Jewelry Repairs a try. I packaged up my bracelet and sent it off, crossed my fingers and waited. As soon as they received it, things went very fast. They emailed to say it would cost a little more because I had entered the wrong repair type, but I was expecting that because I couldn't see the right one on their website, so ended up costing $60 to remove 4 links, which seemed a better price than my local store. In less than a day, they had completed the work, and 2 days later I received my bracelet back, packaged nicely, and fixed. They also included the 4 links they had removed, in case I want them for something else. Dealing with them through email was always fast and easy. Nice work! Would recommend!

I was worried about sending my ring through the mail to a company I didn't know much about, but they really came through. My size 8 gold-plated brass ring was resized to a 9, and it looks just as it did when I bought it. Because of the metal and unique stone it took a bit longer for them to work on it, but I would gladly take that than a rush job. Definitely would rely on them to resize a ring again, no doubt.

I had a broken 14k rope chain from nearly a decade ago that I found and wanted fixed. Their website options were clear, prices were so affordable and they allowed shipping although I live in NYC. It was out and back in no more than a week and a half and it came back well packaged and looking BRAND new. I was expecting to see where the chain was reattached because of how fine of a rope chain it was but it's literally magical how well it was fixed. I am beyond pleased with the work that Quick Repair Jewelers did for me. I thought my ring was solid silver but when I soaked it in silver cleaner, I quickly realized that was not the case. I thought it was ruined, it looked absolutely horrible (the picture doesn’t even show how bad it was). Quick Repair Jewelers did what I was told by several local Jewlers could not be done. I am completely shocked that they have completely restored my ring to the beauty that it had when purchased. You know a place is great when they remedy issues. A clerical mistake occurred where the ring was sent back to me not resized. They IMMEDIATELY sent me a label to send it back.
