This company is wonderful. I highly recommend them! They took very special care of my one-of-a kind, antique ring that needed new enamel. They stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, making sure they fully understood my hopes and expectations for the ring, and then they knocked this project out of the park! I found Quirk Jewelry Repairs through and Google search for Hidalgo enamel ring repair. Not many jewelers will handle this type of repair. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I couldn’t be more happy. They are communicative and responsive, reasonably priced for the work and keep you updated the whole time. My ring, now repaired is beautiful. Like brand new.

I can't speak highly enough of Quick Jewelry Repairs. I sent them a small signet ring to engrave with a kestrel (a sparrow hawk). I was concerned that the ring was too small to engrave a good reproduction of the photo I sent, but it turned out amazingly well, and was there and back in less than two weeks.

I rarely leave reviews but I must do this for QJR. My antique opal cameo pendant is missing a part of enamel. At first I had a lot of concerns, what if the business is a scam, what if they destroy the piece, what if the result is disappointing… After receiving the piece today, I am totally amazed by the craftwork they have done. I am super satisfied and very pleasure for my decision of choosing QJR for this job. Convenient, fast, and quality of work. Highly recommend.

I must share that Catherine and the jewelers at Quick Jewelry did an amazing job on recreating my ring from pictures. They didn't rush the process. We sent messages back and forth about the design. In the end it is an exact replica. If you have ever lost a ring Catherine can help you replace your treasure. Just do it.

After much research I came across quick jewelry repairs, they offered me the option to ship everything directly to them in NYC. Everything was handled with the utmost care and professionaly. They kept me informed on every step of the process, both with the items I needed appraised, as well as a few other repairs. They did an excellent job I would completely recommend to anyone looking for an honest, quick, incredible job!

I live in Burbank, California and I wanted to recreate my mother’s ring. Unfotantely It was run over by a car one day when she was walking down the street. I started looking online for a place to recreate my mother’s ring and stumbled upon Quick Jewelry Repair’s. I have to say they are the real deal !!!! There process is seemless and they are so nice. They took an image of my ring and created a 3D replica of my ring. They then manufactured it in 2 weeks!!! It was perfect and the price was awesome. They charged me $150 for the 3D image and then $300 for the ring. So much cheaper then any retail location. Love this company and highly recommend them to everyone!

Had an awesome experience here working with Ara to have a set of flasks engraved. They finished the work quite quickly and I was charged a very fair price, better than other quotes I achieved from around the tri-state – despite their very convenient Manhattan location.The work quality was excellent and they kept me posted and checked in with a trial photo to make sure I was ok with everything.I was extremely happy with the results and would happily return again for other engraving or jewelry work.
