How much does jewelry polishing or plating cost?
Polishing starts at $30 and the Jewelry Spa bundle at $44. Gold plating starts at $60, rhodium plating at $69, and enamel repair at $33.50. Final pricing depends on the size and metal of the piece, and you see the starting price before you ship.
What is included in the Jewelry Spa Service?
It bundles our most popular maintenance services — steam cleaning, stone tightening, polishing, and/or rhodium plating — at a lower price than ordering them separately. You choose the combination when you order.
Why is my white gold turning yellow?
White gold is naturally a little warm in tone and is finished with a thin rhodium coating that wears away with time. Rhodium plating restores the bright white finish and protects the metal underneath.
How long does it take?
Cleaning, polishing, reshaping, and bail repair take about 5–10 business days from the day your piece arrives. Gold plating takes 1–2 weeks and enamel work 10–20 business days, plus shipping time each way.
Is my jewelry insured during shipping?
Yes. We ship via FedEx and every shipment is fully insured by Lloyd’s of London. At checkout you select a FedEx shipping option (or ship on your own), and we return your jewelry fully tracked and insured.
