I am a woman who is very small. I can wear earrings but necklaces always have to be shortened!! I have used Quick Jewelry Repair for a number of items that needed to be shortened. They have always been so professional about the repairs. They always reached out to me whenever my instructions were unclear. They made certain everything was done well. I have never doubted their work. I highly recommend them for any jewelry repairs!
I have had three pairs of earring studs switched to threaded studs by QJR, each of them from estates sales – so one of a kind – and they were all done with care and of high quality.
In one case I needed a pair rushed and was very impressed with their rush service – I got what I paid for and was very happy with the turn around, getting them back in time for my wife's birthday.
Will be using them again since I am now not limited when shopping to my wife's preferred threaded studs – any option can be converted for my needs. Great Job!
Very nice and professional business! Quality workmanship and good price. Great communication and love my earrings!!!
Gold bangle repaired. Fast turnaround. Excellent work. Great service. Thanks!
the best choice i've made in years . they took my almost antique ( 1930s ) bracelet and made it look like the day it was gifted .
I sent Quick Jewelry Repairs a locket with a broken photo holder (it is a four picture locket with the middle section broken off). Unfortunately they were unable to reattach the middle section and told me so. When I received the locket back (it was returned quickly), I noticed the locket closed much better and the inside of the locket looked much cleaner. The broken middle piece was fabricated from some other metal besides gold and had left a green corrosion on the inside back of the locket. Apparently, the bench jeweler adjusted the broken part of the hinge so the locket would fully close and cleaned the corrosion off. Without prompting from me. So while I was disappointed the locket could not be restored to it's original state, I was pleased and surprised that the jeweler did these "extra" things. Very good customer service! I will be using this company for future repairs.
I had them cut down a bracelet for me. The communication was perfect. The workmanship outstanding. Received it back much faster than expected. Will definitely use them again!
I was hesitant to send my jewelry to a online store. However after getting a quote from a local jewelry to size down my bracelet at $300, I thought I would give this company a try. I was shocked that the quote was $50. After communicating back and forth with the representative at the store and reading reviews I thought I would give it a try. I was so happy with the quality of work and the quick turn around time. I will use this company for future jewelry needs.
I was given a beautiful tennis bracelet but it was HUGE! My local jeweler charges a bomb, so I thought I'd give Quick Jewelry Repairs a try. I packaged up my bracelet and sent it off, crossed my fingers and waited. As soon as they received it, things went very fast. They emailed to say it would cost a little more because I had entered the wrong repair type, but I was expecting that because I couldn't see the right one on their website, so ended up costing $60 to remove 4 links, which seemed a better price than my local store. In less than a day, they had completed the work, and 2 days later I received my bracelet back, packaged nicely, and fixed. They also included the 4 links they had removed, in case I want them for something else. Dealing with them through email was always fast and easy. Nice work! Would recommend!
I spoke to someone over the phone about a bracelet that needed repair. they were really polite and answered on the 2nd ring and asked for pics. within 5 min, I had someone text and then call me to go over all my questions. I believe it was Joesph who was so patient and polite and was thorough explaining the difficulties. he then referred me to someone he thought would be able to help. It was an extremely difficult repair and I appreciated his honesty and help to get my bracelet fixed!
Great company, great people, excellent job resizeing my stainless steel bracelet. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Thank you Catherine and the entire staff at Quick Jewelry Repairs.
100% pleased with the repair. Live in CA so nervous sending my tennis bracelet out of state. Entire transaction painlessly done online, QJR even sent me an email when my bracelet arrived safely in NY.
Can't tell where the soldering was done no matter how closely I look at the bracelet. To think it's been sitting broken in my jewelry box for 2 years because my local jewelers were prohibitively expensive and/or took forever to return past repairs.
From start to finish – the service provided was fast, about 2 weeks, professional, and high quality work.
I will happily recommend QJR to friends and family.
They were so nice and accommodating. I sent four pairs of diamonique earrings that needed to be reposted with real gold (I have very sensitive ears). Annabelle was so nice and always let me know what was going on and the ETA. I will definitely be using Quick Jewelry Repairs again.
They fixed my broken earring and necklace! The gentleman that helped me was really nice. I was a walk in and my jewelry was fixed in 20 mins. I would recommend this place to everyone!
I had an antique sterling charm soldered onto a bracelet. I waited only around 10 minutes and the the work was done–and very well. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Quick Jewelry Repairs.
Bought earrings at Barneys NYC and the backing immediately broke. They told me it would take weeks to fix and weren't even sure if they could do it. They suggested I go to the diamond district in nyc but with my busy schedule I just didn't see that happening. I then heard about quick jewelry repairs and it was one of the most seamless experiences ever. You fill-out a simple form, print a fedex label and send ur earrings out. I immediately got an email update that my earrings were em route to then followed by a phone call upon receiving. The jeweler was patient and knowledgeable telling me all my options for repair. I then got an email my earrings were coming back to me and next thing I know I have them back with an extra set of backings. Better then when I bought them.amazing service, will definitely use it again and recommend. Also, price was extremely reasonable, I would have paid more in diamond district.
So pleased with this company. My mom had a hinged bracelet that no jeweler in our town could fix. Price was very reasonable, fixed & back to us in only a few weeks. This was a sentimental piece & my mom is soo happy to be wearing it again. I will be sending all my repairs here from now on.
I literally just left QJR. My favorite earrings (two pairs, fine jewelry) were fixed in just a few minutes for a very fair price. I had priced out the repair at a jeweler near my office. I am embarrassed how much they were looking to charge me. The man I dealt with at QJR could not have been sweeter!! What a great experience. Thank you Yelp! I would not have found them any other way.
