I had an old Seiko watch that had been a gift from my mother, now deceased. They did a beautiful job of restoring its original beauty, plus the stem and crown needed to be replaced. When they returned it, it was running 10 minutes slow, so I returned it to them. They graciously overhauled it without extra charge and even paid for the shipping. It's now in excellent order. I have a Breitling watch that needed a batter. I took it to a local jeweler and paid 20.00 for them to tell me they couldn't remove the back to replace the battery and it required a special device. I found Quick Jewelry on line and sent my watch for repair. in a very short time my watch was repaired and sent back in excellent condition.

Watch was running slow so i sent it to QJR for overhaul and had a very fast turn back to me. Needed to send it back again for adjustment with no questions asked. Got it back Quick and it appears to be corrected. Great customer service!

Definitely a "quick" watch repair. A pin came out of my Omega watch's metal strap and since it holds sentimental value I wanted to make sure it was in good hands. The repair was completed within 10 minutes.
