Having had my wedding ring set sized down from a 7.5 to a 6.5, I can say that the work is undetectable. In addition, the jeweler found a tiny area of defect/damage within this intricate vintage-Victorian looking wedding set, so I had that repaired as well. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were superb. I HIGHLY recommend.

I used Quick Jewelry Repairs to resize several rings and am always pleased with the quality of the service. The results were beautiful and the turnaround time was always within the time period they guaranteed. They were also careful not to damage the semi-precioud stones or metal during the resizing. This ring was a size 6 and I needed it to be a 9.75. I have a gold one from my mom for my undergrad school and for my graduate school graduation she found a silver one with the KU crest on EBay, but it only came in that small size. The ring got to them in 2 days and they had it back to me within 4. We had tried going to an in person jeweler first, but they said they could not do it because the metal was too thin. QJR did it perfectly and so quick. It is better than I could have imagined!

I am absolutely amazed with Quick Jewelry Repairs. I wanted to get my ring sized down from an 8 to a 4.5. Everywhere I went, they said that was impossible because it was silver and had cubic zirconium. But, I sent it off to QJR because they said they could do it. I was skeptical at first and said if they can’t get it to a 4.5, a 6 or something close would be fine too since I didn’t want the stones to fall out. Within a week I got it back and it was a 4.5 in PERFECT condition. Not a single mark from where they adjusted it. I even had stones going halfway around the band and those were not affected. 10/10 recommend to anybody who needs their jewelry repaired. I didn’t really take good before and after photos, but trust me it was worth it.

Quick Jewelry Repair is a great service. I had a ring that my local jewelry store said they could not resize. In fact, they told me to wear it on another finger. I sent it to QJR, and had it back in a week sized perfectly and gleaming. Very impressed with this company and will continue to use moving forward.

I was hesitant to send my rings for sizing through the mail. So I just sent one. They did an impeccable job, so I sent 3 more. They came back PERFECT. Stinks getting older and your knuckles get bigger… I now prefer them over my neighborhood jeweler. They are faster, more conscientious, excellent communication, better quality work. I highly and confidently recommend.

I searched locally and on the web for nearly a month before coming across Quick Jewelry repairs. After completing the paperwork, I mailed them 2 stainless Harley Davidson rings that I needed upsized. I made a mistake in my sizing and quickly emailed to adjust the work to be done. In less than 2 weeks, most of which was shipping, I received my rings back and perfectly resized. It is extremely difficult these days to find good quality work that comes along with excellent customer service and timely responses/attention to the needs of a customer. I found QJR online. My husband needed his Air Force steel ring enlarged. We could not find anyone here in Canada to do the job! We sent it to them and we received it back around 3 weeks later. Sent a stainless steel ring for resizing, because there's no one local to southern Illinois that will do it. It took about 3-4 weeks, but it was totally worth it.  The ring looks like it came in this size.  They had to redo the inlay for an additional cost, but were  very communicative and made the process super easy.  I called twice (as I was nervous that they might not be legit), but they answered both calls and were easily able to tell me where they were in the process. Highly recommend and I would absolutely send anything else I need repaired in the future!

I was worried about sending my ring through the mail to a company I didn't know much about, but they really came through. My size 8 gold-plated brass ring was resized to a 9, and it looks just as it did when I bought it. Because of the metal and unique stone it took a bit longer for them to work on it, but I would gladly take that than a rush job. Definitely would rely on them to resize a ring again, no doubt.

Their customer service is SPOT ON. I sent a ring to be resized bigger and they first of all had the best price, but I experienced wonderful customer service too. You know a place is great when they remedy issues. A clerical mistake occurred where the ring was sent back to me not resized. They IMMEDIATELY sent me a label to send it back. I have a promise ring that was originally a size, 5, we sized to a 4.5 and then I wished to have sized to a 6. I went to a few local Jewelers and unfortunately they were unable to resize my ring due to it being made of an "alternative metal". As it turns out after finding QJR it was stainless steel. I was skeptical about sending it out at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. QJR is not only fast in their work, but they will send you email notifications to tell you when they received your repair, and when they finished. I think I waited less than two weeks total (considering I live in MI and they are in NY). When I received my ring it was super shiny and the work was to my satisfaction. You can't even tell it was resized. I'm so happy I found QJR and I would absolutely reccomend them to a friend and use them again!!

The service was great for the resizing of my ring. I had measured incorrectly and you guys figured that out and helped me. The final result was perfect.

I have an Air Force ring that I had since in 1995 and it needed to be re-sized. I could not figure out who made the ring. I sent out pictures and nothing. On top of that, the ring being a a stainless steel ring nobody and I mean nobody wanted to touch it. I was very reluctant to send my precious ring to somewhere I don't know. I searched the web and did nto find anyone that I would trust with my ring. I called Quick Jewelry repairs and they walked me through each step of the process. I knew when they received it and when it was being shipped back. The only note that I would say is when dealing with a ring like mine, get them to re-touch the black background because it will come back without the black. I should have asked but, again they where very helpful with my ring's second trip. They had everything completed and the ring back a second time before Balfore did anything to my high school ring that I sent off to get re-sized. Great prices great people!

At first I was hesitant to ship off my wife’s set all the way to New York for resizing, soldering and conform fitting. But with proper protection via insurance and reassurance from QJR, the shipping to and from was a breeze. Pricing was fair. My CSR walked me through the whole process with detailed emails and confirmations. We can’t see where resizing took place. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for future fine jewelry repair. I sent a ring in for resizing and they received it the next day, wow, but thats not the best of the story. I live in Missouri and they are in New York! They notified me by email that they had received it, they notified me during the process and giving me continuous updates and when to possibly expect it. They anticipated a week after receiving it because the work load was high. Well, I got a notification that it was done, shipped and I received it back, looking absolutely great and all of this was done in less than 7 days. Wow is all I can say!! Great job, great service!

Dropped off my engagement ring to size up on Thursday evening (around 5:45pm) with one of their very friendly Technician. I was able to pick up my ring on Friday at around 2:30pm. Their Technician (the only whom accepted my ring and helped me size up 1 size from size 3 to 4) was extremely professional as he helped me size up my ring but was able to kept my original engravings! His work was so perfect that no one would be able to tell that the ring was sized up! I’m very impressed with his work and professionalism!

My fiancé was nervous about sending her engagement ring in transit but all went well. I gave her my Grandmothers engagement ring when I popped the question, problem was it was a size 7 and my girl wears a size 9. When we got the ring back I was amazed at the great job they did. You have to understand, this is collage champions ring with animal and diamond that had to be removed to size… The ring looks exactly the way I bought it in!!!! AMAZING! I had a ring no local jeweler would touch. On a last ditch effort to actually have the ring be wearable I found your company online. The ring resizing was quoted as being silver. Turns out it was actually stainless steel. Apparently this metal is harder to work with and takes longer. They held true to their original quote in spite of the extra time and effort.
