QJR did an amazing job gold plating a sterling pendant I have that would have cost several thousand dollars if it was solid gold. They returned my pendant quickly in a nice box and I was absolutely stunned when I opened it! BLING!!! I'm Thrilled!!!

I have a 14k gold chain that had been rhodium dipped several times over a couple decades but most recently other jewelers told me it could not be replated. I was struggling to find a jewelry repair for a necklace where the chain had broken. I found Quick Jewel repair online. I filled out a form and took a photo of the issue and submitted. Quick Jewelry was very responsive and the process to ship and return your item was very straightforward. They did a great job of fixing the chain link and my necklace looks like new!  It was not a super expensive necklace but I really like it and was nervous going to a jewelry store for repair would cost me an arm and a leg. Quick Jewelry was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend!

My rings came back quickly, the right size, beautifuly polished, better looking than when they went out. I'm really impressed with this service and I will definitely use them again.

I was beyond pleased when I got my ring back. They had rebuilt my ring and polished the stone so well that it looks like new. The price was very very reasonable and I had my ring back in two weeks. (I live in Arizona)

At first I'm skeptical and sending an important ring from CA to NY is scarry. But I got my ring as perfect as the first time I got it, it looks new and pretty. I trust them 100% and the reusable box they sent me with the ring inside is very convenient for the next transaction in the future. It may take a while but you need to be patient. Catherine the customer service was very accommodating and she answers all my questions.

Fast, easy and friendly. Catherine H. even went out of her way to answer some extra questions I had. The overall experience was smooth and when I got my silver/rhodium necklace back from being re-coated, it looks AMAZING!! I recommend them completely.

I was skeptical about sending my jewels off to a company I hadn't heard of before, but based on the reviews it seemed legit. I am so impressed with them! I had two diamond rings that needed shank repairs, but with covid and being new to the area I live in, it was difficult to find someone to do the repairs. QJR made the process so easy and very fast! I thought their prices were very reasonable (about $120 total for both rings and shipping) From the day I shipped my rings out and to having them back in my hands it was just 9 days! And they look even better than the day I got them! They polished them beautifully. I will 100000% use them again, and definitely recommend them to anyone needing any jewelry repair service.

I am beyond pleased with the work that Quick Repair Jewelers did for me. I thought my ring was solid silver but when I soaked it in silver cleaner, I quickly realized that was not the case. I thought it was ruined, it looked absolutely horrible (the picture doesn’t even show how bad it was). Quick Repair Jewelers did what I was told by several local Jewlers could not be done. I am completely shocked that they have completely restored my ring to the beauty that it had when purchased. I was very nervous about sending it away to be restored but the communication was wonderful!! They arrange for it to be mailed to them, they text me when it arrived and text me once it was ready to be shipped back with the date that it would arrive, which it arrived promptly on that day. Now, I’m looking through my jewelry box to see what else can be brought back to life by Quick Repair Jewelers.

My wedding band got mis-shapen into an oval. Brought it up to them, they reshaped and polished all under 15 minutes while I waited. Super fast, great service!

This place is amazing! If you can find it… (Note: they are located in an office building and do not have a store front). They were fast, did a great job fixing 2 necklaces and a ring. Cleaned everything for free! Super nice!

Love this place!!! I had my mother wedding ring and I needed to polish it. I have no time as I'm a mother of 3! so I decided to ship it to them, I was initially scared but there insurance policy took care of that fear!! They fixed it in 1 business day and shipped it right back to me! Love them and will always use them.

I too had a ring that a local jeweler would not repair. It was badly damaged and I started to loose hope. I read reviews online but was skeptical about sending it off. I’m so happy that I tried! My ring is just like new, if not better because they cleaned it up so nicely!

Got my Tiffany's silver ring repaired here and couldn't be happier with the results. The band got repaired in 10 minutes and was even polished as part of the process all at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service! Very professional and quick. I brought a couple pieces in to be cleaned and thought I'd have to come back in a few days to pick them up but they were cleaned in less than 10 minutes while I waited. Would highly recommend!
