I had an extremely positive experience with QJR! The turnaround time was good and I received notifications when it arrived, was complete, and when shipped so I could follow it with the tracking number. The price to fix my chain was more than reasonable and it was convenient to be able to mail it in as opposed to looking for a local place. My chain was polished nicely and looked like brand new! There was a delay when it was sent back but it was an issue with FedEx, not QJR. They were so kind to help me resolve the issue and I had my chain within hours of reaching out. I highly recommend this company and I would trust them with my jewelry without hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. First, the communication was great. I got instructions on how to pack up my item. Then I sent it off and received a note when it arrived. I received another note when it was finished and being sent back. The whole transaction was completed in LESS THAN A WEEK and my very delicate previously broken chain is back around my neck in perfect condition. I am so glad I found QJR!

I found this shop by googling and wasn’t certain I could trust sending my broken jewelry at first. I went by their excellent reviews and I’m so glad I did. I have a vintage Krementz 14K gold filled rope neck chain that broke. It is next to impossible to find these anymore and repairing a gold filled chain can be quite tricky. I was floored with how great the chain repair looked with Quick Jewelry Repairs and the quick turnaround. You cannot possibly tell where the repair was done; that’s how good it was!!

I had a broken 14k rope chain from nearly a decade ago that I found and wanted fixed. Their website options were clear, prices were so affordable and they allowed shipping although I live in NYC. It was out and back in no more than a week and a half and it came back well packaged and looking BRAND new. I was expecting to see where the chain was reattached because of how fine of a rope chain it was but it's literally magical how well it was fixed. They also communicate when it gets to them and goes back out to you so safe to say a great experience. Thanks guys!

I went by today to get a potentially broken jump ring looked at on a necklace. They were very quick at assessing the issue and welding it for me. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes. I will be back again.

Rarely do I post so enthusiastically. Unfortunately usually only when a businesses pisses me off. But this place was so awesome they deserve full accolades. Just needed a relatively simple repair on a broken lady's gold chain. A nearby location said it would be $xxx and would take 2 weeks. Came to Quick Jewelry Repairs and a) the guy who greeted me was so friendly and wanted to make sure I and all others were being well taken care of b) it was half price of previous place and c) he could do it in 10 minutes, which is what I thought initially. It's a broken chain, not a Crown Jewel. And the guy was so nice until I left. This place is on 18th floor, you have to show ID to lobby security. Kinda strange, but I love strange. This place is now my go-to. No doubt.

I had a sentimental necklace with a rope chain which snapped in two.  I took it to a local NC jeweler in town and they quoted $90 to repair.  I did a little research online and discovered this company, spoke with a representative via chat and decided to send my necklace to them for repair! WOW!  They were FAST!  And my necklace looks as good as new and only for $40!!!!  I will definitely send any future jewelry issues to them as well as direct friends and family to them!  They are awesome!

I needed a lobster clasp replacement on a large gold cuban link chain. Upon arrival I was promptly seen, pricing and the repair process were thoroughly explained to me. The jeweler/repair person himself was very friendly. The wait was very short, and I was pleased with job done. I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

Wow. Great experience. My wife's necklace broke while in town for a wedding. Ara and Jason not only did a fantastic and speedy job repairing the clasp and diamond but were kind enough to deliver it to her our hotel room. They went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I never give reviews but this was was so amazing that I had to! My necklace chain broke that my husband gave me for our 10th wedding anniversary. This piece is very near and dear to my heart and I needed it fixed instantly. I found QJR online since I don't live near any jewelry stores and contacted them right away. Immediately, they sent me a shipping label for my necklace, I sent it in and within a day it was on my doorstep perfectly fixed. This company is extremely useful. Their customer service is always amazing and understanding. Highly recommend!

Excellent, quick customer service! Came in here for a to fix a broken necklace chain and was able to pick it up the next morning. They only charged $15 and cleaned my engagement ring totally for free. Definitely coming back again for any repair needs.

True to name!I literally just left this place an hour ago and they are great. My necklace chain broke (for the 2nd time) and I was devastated because previous times when it broke it took days to get it fixed. Planning on going away this weekend for my birthday and was googling close places by my work. I stumbled upon here and boy was I lucky. A man named Ara/Ira (may be misspelling his name) was soooo kind and accommodating. When i asked him if he could have it done by the next day he said, "wait right here, I can have it done for you now" I was so thankful. I was in and out in no more than 15 mins. I definitely will be returning to make my necklace chain longer, Quick jewelry repairs indeed!. Highly recommended.
