“Sent a stainless steel ring for resizing, because there's no one local to southern Illinois that will do it. It took about 3-4 weeks, but it was totally worth it. The ring looks like it came in this size. They had to redo the inlay for an additional cost, but were very communicative and made the process super easy. I called twice (as I was nervous that they might not be legit), but they answered both calls and were easily able to tell me where they were in the process. Highly recommend and I would absolutely send anything else I need repaired in the future!”
