Diamond replacement made easy

Having a diamond fall out doesn’t have to mean the end of your favorite piece! From rings to necklaces and everything in between, our expert jewelers will securely set your loose diamond back where it belongs.

Our diamond setting service covers the labor cost of setting a diamond you provide us.

The price is based off the size of your diamond:

  • Side stones (.001 – .5 carats) = $15 each
  • Center stones (.001 – 1 carats) = $50 each
  • Center stones (1 carats – 2 carats) = $100 each
  • Center stones (2 Carats and up) = Estimate
  • Invisible setting  = $80 each

Missing the stone entirely? We can work with you to source a perfect replacement diamond at an additional cost.

    Your piece is documented on arrival. If anything falls outside the selected service, we contact you before doing or charging for extra work.

  5. Repair and return

    A specialist completes the approved work, and the piece is prepared for tracked return shipping.

How do I choose the right repair service?

Start with the repair finder and describe what happened to your piece. Each matching service shows its compatible options, current pricing, and turnaround. If you are still unsure, send clear photos and our team will help you choose before you ship.

Will I approve the price before extra work is done?

Yes. Your selected options establish the order price. If inspection reveals additional work that was not included, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

How do I send my jewelry or watch?

Complete the service order first, then follow the shipping instructions provided with your order. Insured shipping options are available, and your piece is documented when it arrives.

How long will my repair take?

The current service turnaround appears on each repair page. Shipping time is separate, and we will contact you if inspection changes the expected schedule.

Can you work on unusual materials or repairs another jeweler declined?

Many services include alternative metals, unusual sizing, specialty plating, enamel, and difficult stone work. Check the material options on the service page or send photos so we can confirm the right path for your exact piece.
