“I had an old Seiko watch that had been a gift from my mother, now deceased. They did a beautiful job of restoring its original beauty, plus the stem and crown needed to be replaced. When they returned it, it was running 10 minutes slow, so I returned it to them. They graciously overhauled it without extra charge and even paid for the shipping. It's now in excellent order.
