“Bought earrings at Barneys NYC and the backing immediately broke. They told me it would take weeks to fix and weren't even sure if they could do it. They suggested I go to the diamond district in nyc but with my busy schedule I just didn't see that happening. I then heard about quick jewelry repairs and it was one of the most seamless experiences ever. You fill-out a simple form, print a fedex label and send ur earrings out. I immediately got an email update that my earrings were em route to then followed by a phone call upon receiving. The jeweler was patient and knowledgeable telling me all my options for repair. I then got an email my earrings were coming back to me and next thing I know I have them back with an extra set of backings. Better then when I bought them.amazing service, will definitely use it again and recommend. Also, price was extremely reasonable, I would have paid more in diamond district.”
