Can you reshape any style of bangle?
We can reshape most solid bangles, whether open cuff or closed. We cannot reshape hollow bangles or pieces with air gaps as those cannot be safely reformed.

Is this service for bracelets too?
No, this service is specifically for rigid/solid bangles. Flexible link bracelets require a different repair process.

What happens if you cannot accommodate my design?
If our jewelers determine the bangle cannot be reshaped without risk, we will notify you right away, cancel the service, and return the piece. You will only be responsible for shipping. If you are unsure about your bangle’s design or condition, please reach out to us first so we can confirm feasibility and flag any potential issues.
